Telecommuter from the Adirondacks Dumps the Pump

In February, I left a job that required commuting from MetroWest to Cambridge, a roundtrip of 50-miles daily. I now work for Genzyme as a full-time telecommuter.

To add to this great change, I moved permanently to the beautiful Adirondacks, where my commute now involves climbing one flight of stairs to my home office.

I repeat this climb many times a day to let out my dogs, get a cup coffee, throw a load of laundry in, or go outside for a break. This is the perfect way to work, live, and to help the environment.
