This biker stays slim, he needs no gym

I ride my bike as often as I can.
18.8 miles is my workout.
My knees would hurt it if I ran.
Paying for gas makes me pout.
We all pay for a gym,
When the answer is clear--
Biking keeps you slim.
When you get home, you've earned a cheer.
The environment is dirty.
We can all do our part.
Riding a bike is easy at 50, 40 or 30.
Some call me silly, I know I am smart.
Dump the pump, don't be a chump.
