I normally drive alone to work and dumped the pump by carpooling. I have really enjoyed swapping driving with my fellow carpooler. I only have to put gas in my car every other week. We commute together 4-5 days a week.
It's great to have someone to talk to. We work in different departments so it's interesting to hear what's going on in other areas. But, we also share several interests, like cooking and of course, the Red Sox.
We have different schedules, so I use the extra time to go to Wyeth's on-site Gym. It took a bit practice to get the gym bag packed every evening, but now it's a habit.
I drive 35 miles from Manchester, NH to Wyeth at Andover, MA. Wyeth has several really good programs and they help get commuters in contact with other people in their towns. I think we will keep it up.
